How Does the 7-Day Return Policy Work?

Don’t like the used Mazda or pre-owned Cadillac you just purchased? Enjoy a full money-back refund within 7 days or 400 miles driven from the date of purchase. The vehicle must be returned where you originally purchased it from.1


What Is the 30-Day Return Policy?

You can exchange any used vehicle for 100% of the vehicle’s original purchase price and apply it to a different vehicle within 30 days or 1,500 miles from the date of purchase.1 That means you can swap a recently purchased GMC truck for a Nissan SUV with little stress involved.

What Is Delivered by Mastria?

Delivered by Mastria is a brand-new service that allows customers to buy or lease a new car, truck or SUV when it’s best for them. A Mastria team member will bring the vehicle you want to test-drive to you and even deliver the new vehicle to your home or office once you’ve made a selection.2


How Much Does Vehicle Delivery Cost?

As long as your home or office is within 25 miles of the dealership you purchase from, we’ll deliver it — free of charge!


How Do I Check the Status of My Vehicle Delivery?

I Live Out of State and Want to Return My Car. How Do I Proceed?
