I had a very positive experience at Mastriano Mazda, both in trading in my old vehicle, and purchasing a new one. They gave me a great price on the trade-in, and they worked with me in a timely, no-pressure way, with clear explanations, through the purchasing process. Both the sales person (Thomas—“big red”) and Finance staff member treated me with kindness and professionalism. My review is based off the sales person only. Logan was nothing but professional the whole time. Being short handed like most of the companies lately, Logan still made time and was very down to earth. That’s coming from a guy who does not like car salesman.
Will never buy from them again. I have had nothing but issues with this car within the FIRST year. If your power train is up, they will do NOTHING for you. Flex pipes are ROTTING underneath, so they offered me a free oil change to shut me up. My husband and I have gotten 4 vehicles from them in the past and this is how we are treated. Ill take my business elsewhere and make sure my friends do as well.

I went to the store today to test drive 2021 CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve and had a pleasing 5-stars experience with the sales man Diogo Sebastiao. Unlike many salesman I encountered in the past, salesman Diogo was a very honest, enthusiastic and professional salesman. He did not pressure me to make purchases or provide him a clue about "my budget" for buying vehicles. Instead, he was being very helpful answering my questions and patiently waiting for me to make decisions. Mastria Mazda is lucky to have this young rising star in the car industry.

I dealt with Harlan Spaulding on purchasing a used 2019 CX-5 GT from Mastria. Right from the start of the process it was low key no push sales-which I appreciated. In the past I have used other dealers like Boch and Nissan 24 and the stress level is high there. Everything from the test drive to the price negotiation to a lesson on the radio & NAV was low pressure which I appreciated. Ricardo in the Finance office was a big help also. My husband and I drove over 2 hours to check out a CPO Madza CX-5 which was immaculate. We had been to other dealerships and their cars were in horrible shape compared to how they were advertised. I first worked with Diogo who was professional, helpful and friendly. He was not available when I came back in today so I worked with someone else. I came in ready to purchase a CX5. The individual that helped me had an attitude problem. He was inappropriate and unnecessarily aggressive. I understand holding a bottom line but being rude and obnoxious is not professional. Not happy! I'm had to drive back to dealership with brake issues after 10 days of buying a new car. Seems like something that should be identified in reconditioning or perhaps when you perform your pre-delivery inspection reported to carfax - you might want to check the brakes. Buyer beware!!!!

We very impressed with the detailed knowledge of the Mazda CX-5 Grnd Touring vehicle by Thomas Belliveau. He was not forceful or aggressive as many sales dealership sales representatives are. He took his time and ensured we were comfortable with his overviews he demonstrated patience and walked through the process of leasing a vehicle. I brought my Mazda 3 in for a 30,000 mile service call. I was able to schedule for the exact date and time I was hoping, on a weekend, with only a few days notice. The service manager was friendly and clearly described what was being done, how much it would cost, and the duration of time needed.
Upon completion the service technician sent me a short movie clip with my car and what had been found. The total time was within ten minutes of the estimate, and the cost was accurate to the penny.

My experience at Mastria Mazda was absolutely horrible. My sales experience was fast and easy of course they want to make a sale but a few days after I had my new car it started having issues starting with a bad battery that I had to jump every time to start my car. Bought a 2012 WRX in CASH. Have had this car not even 4 months and it needs brakes all around. And all 4 tires were dry rotted and bald. Extremely unprofessional. Had to replace oil pump aswell. Absolutely ridiculous.
