I’ve taken our cars to other Mazda dealerships in Eastern Massachusetts and I’ve been disappointed for a variety of reasons. Mastria (and Alden in Fairhaven) are the best.

Our CX-5 was bought and has been serviced here since 2022 and the service department is the best I have worked with. It is was made me buy a new Mazda in 2026. Their service department is top notch.
Made a 9 am appointment and waited for 3 hours for an oil change and someone to look at a fan in my car. Wasn’t expecting to pay 240$ for oil change.
Couldn't ask for a better person than Santiago to deal, explain things, and work with us. We weren't looking to buy on that day, but that changed when we test drove the vehicle and had Santiago there to answer any questions we had. The rest of the staff was very easy to deal with also. Made buying a car a pleasant experience once again.

We were out looking for a particular year and model Mazda, so we decided to drop in and check out what Mastria had. Santiago came right out to greet us, and showed us a couple of cars like we were looking for. He was very polite and spent quite a bit of time with us. Very good experience buying my new pre-owned F150 from Mastria Mazda. Rob, Alex, and Danny were all friendly and easy to deal with. No surprises or unpleasant sales tactics and very accommodating. Someone even texted me while the paperwork was being processed to make sure I had been seen and wasn't waiting needlessly. They are a bit of a drive from where I live, but I'd definitely consider buying from Mastria Mazda again for the right car.
Santiago B at Mazda Raynham was a pleasure to work with. He explained all the features of the models I was interested in. He was well informed and got some numbers for me on the different models. I liked the vehicles but a bit out of my price range for the lease I am interested in.
The Mastria Mazda dealership and service Department are awesome. From the GM, Mike, down to every person there, they care about the services they provide and treat you like family. The Service Department fit me in quickly when my check oil light came on. I then had to move my appointment and they were still able to accommodated me. I've been driving Mazdas since my first 2019 Mazda 3 Hatchback; they've been fun to drive and reliable. Easy. I sent a inquiry about the vehicle, and was contacted immediately by the internet sales guy. Car was ready for a test as soon as I got there. Sales guy Dylan and sales manager Kenny were accommodating and reasonable and a deal was finalized quickly. Picked up the vehicle a few days later with no issues.

What was expected to be a single day appointment with a loaner turned into a multi day appointment. The team at Matria had difficulty applying recall software patches. They also gave me a loaner car that was full of hair, apparently pet hair, including inside the center console. Totally unexpected. And especially strange given that they warned me when they gave me the car that there was no smoking and no pets allowed. Recently purchased a Used 2023 Jeep Wrangler from Mastria Mazda. I had a great experience with the sales team and Alex. They were very trusting and didn’t push for a sale at all.
