Our CX-5 was bought and has been serviced here since 2022 and the service department is the best I have worked with. It is was made me buy a new Mazda in 2026. Their service department is top notch.

Made a 9 am appointment and waited for 3 hours for an oil change and someone to look at a fan in my car. Wasn’t expecting to pay 240$ for oil change.

Couldn't ask for a better person than Santiago to deal, explain things, and work with us. We weren't looking to buy on that day, but that changed when we test drove the vehicle and had Santiago there to answer any questions we had. The rest of the staff was very easy to deal with also. Made buying a car a pleasant experience once again.

Very good experience buying my new pre-owned F150 from Mastria Mazda. Rob, Alex, and Danny were all friendly and easy to deal with. No surprises or unpleasant sales tactics and very accommodating. Someone even texted me while the paperwork was being processed to make sure I had been seen and wasn't waiting needlessly. They are a bit of a drive from where I live, but I'd definitely consider buying from Mastria Mazda again for the right car.

Santiago B at Mazda Raynham was a pleasure to work with. He explained all the features of the models I was interested in. He was well informed and got some numbers for me on the different models. I liked the vehicles but a bit out of my price range for the lease I am interested in.

I've been driving Mazdas since my first 2019 Mazda 3 Hatchback; they've been fun to drive and reliable. I'm now leasing a 2025 CX-50 Premium, and although I do love it, I know I am overpaying for it and would really like to hop onto another lease for much cheaper, or finance something for a cheaper monthly payment; I don't mind it being the same price or a little under since I'll own the car after. Good, quick. Friendly.. it was my second time going because last time i booked a courtesy car but did not have it. It was a Friday so it made sense. Went back on Monday, everything went well.

Easy. I sent a inquiry about the vehicle, and was contacted immediately by the internet sales guy. Car was ready for a test as soon as I got there. Sales guy Dylan and sales manager Kenny were accommodating and reasonable and a deal was finalized quickly. Picked up the vehicle a few days later with no issues.

And especially strange given that they warned me when they gave me the car that there was no smoking and no pets allowed. Yet clearly the prior Driver was allowed to have pets, or that driver chose to shave their back inside the car. And somehow, Mastria did not notice that, but still was able to issue a warning to me as if the car they were giving me was pristine. Which is not the case. Although this review sounds whiny, they still did a decent job getting the work done. But, the delay, and the hair all over the loaner car, both served to reduce their review by one star.
