So a number of things as this was my first visit (6 Month new car check-up). First of all I wanted to move my appointment to avoid the snow storm. They did that easily to the next day. I arrived early because I had a conference call to jump on and that was no problem as they started on my car right away. I found the waiting area comfortable and the wifi was great as I did my conference call. As my call wrapped up I got a video regarding my car check-up and the work was complete!
