Celebrating Local Educators at Mastria Mazda
One of the ways Mastria Mazda has demonstrated its appreciation for the community is by recognizing educators and school staff who go above and beyond for their students.
Mazda Car Care Program and Educator Recognition
Through a past Mazda Car Care Program initiative, Mastria Mazda invited the community to recognize local educators and school employees for their dedication during the COVID-19 pandemic. The dealership shared stories highlighting the extraordinary efforts of teachers, support staff and school administrators who helped students and families through a challenging time.
Featured community members included kindergarten special education teacher Meghan Daniels and cafeteria head cook Deb D'Amorino of Merrill Elementary School; school secretary Brenda Chickering of Laliberte Elementary School; and school nurse Jen Sharland and head custodian Mark Chiocca of Raynham Middle School.
From maintaining individual virtual classrooms to helping students receive meals and keeping school facilities safe, these local professionals demonstrated the important role educators and school staff play in their communities.

Special Olympics

Morton Hospital
Mastria's community initiatives have included chemotherapy blanket donations to Morton Hospital in Taunton. These thoughtful contributions are intended to provide comfort and encouragement to patients receiving cancer treatment.
Local Shelters and Animal Welfare
